Refund Policy
1. Overview
At BRNT Media Ltd. we aim to deliver high quality creative media and marketing services.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when and how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling apply to our clients and customers.
Our goal is transparency so you always know what to expect when booking, commissioning, or purchasing from BRNT.
2. Services Covered
This policy applies to:
• Photography, videography, and design projects
• Media consultancy and strategy sessions
• Subscription or retainer based services
• Merchandise or digital product sales through our website
3. Project Deposits
All service bookings require a non refundable deposit (typically 25–50 percent of the total fee) to secure your project date or slot.
Deposits cover pre production, scheduling, and administrative costs.
Deposits are deducted from your final balance once the project begins.
4. Cancellations
Client Initiated Cancellations
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled project start date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• Subscription clients must provide 30 days written notice before cancellation to end the next billing cycle.
BRNT Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, equipment failure, or force majeure, clients may choose between:
• A full refund of any payments made (including the deposit)
or
• Rescheduling the project for a mutually agreed date at no additional cost.
5. Refunds for Services
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis where:
• The service has not yet been started
• A significant delay or issue occurs that is clearly our responsibility
Once production, design, or consultancy work has begun, no refunds are issued as time and creative resources have already been committed.
All refund requests must be made in writing to accounts@brnt.co.uk within 14 days of the issue arising.
6. Subscriptions and Retainers
For clients on monthly or ongoing media packages:
• Payments are processed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice
• Partial month refunds are not provided
• Any outstanding work or unused deliverables will be discussed on a case by case basis at BRNT’s discretion
7. Merchandise or Digital Product Sales
If BRNT offers merchandise or downloadable products through the website:
• Refunds are available for physical items returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging
• Digital downloads, templates, and media kits are non refundable once delivered due to their intangible nature
• If a digital product is defective or fails to download properly, contact support@brnt.co.uk for a replacement link or file
8. Force Majeure
BRNT is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control.
This includes natural disasters, pandemics, illness, technical failures, or travel restrictions.
In such cases we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Administrative or transaction fees charged by payment processors may be deducted from the refund total.
10. Policy Updates
BRNT Media Ltd. may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy as necessary to reflect changes in our services, business operations, or legal obligations.
All updates will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
